NOBU in New York City. Didn’t disappoint us. We have gone to Nobu in Miami and Vegas so we had to try the original location. Reservations are a must and they only take them 30 days before your intended date so set your calendar since they will be needed to eat here.
If you can’t wait they have created “Nobu next Door” which doesn’t take reservations.
We love the fresh yellowtail with jalapeno. All of the rolls have the most amazing flavor and little rice. Be prepared to sit and enjoy. Room is beautiful and has a lot of bamboo which gives each table some privacy.
I like the tempura as well – they offer it by each individual vegi or seafood. I enjoyed the mushroom tempura.
They had some very good sake choices and some that are infused. Prices are high however worth it for a special night.
